Raymond James Financial has partnered with HiddenLevers, the portfolio stress testing toolkit, to provide macro research, scenario modeling and predictive risk analytics.
Now, any of Raymond James’ 5,400 US-based advisors can subscribe to HiddenLevers to proactively discuss potential economic and market scenarios with clients, and gauge the impact on individual investment portfolios.
Scott Curtis, president, Raymond James Financial Services, said: "The Hidden Levers application helps facilitate more meaningful discussions of potential portfolio risks and scenario implications between advisors and their clients."
As volatility comes back into equity markets, Raymond James advisors can take advantage of HiddenLevers economic scenarios like Bad News BRICS, and Tech Bubble 2.0, and End of QE. The toolkit gives them the ability to visualize downside risks, discover hedging strategies, and provide an interactive client facing experience, all from the same platform.
Raj Udeshi, co-founder of HiddenLevers, said: "There’s no better firm I can think of than Raymond James to be our first big commitment in the independent broker-dealer space. We are impressed that such a sought-after organization was quick to recognize the value proposition of portfolio stress testing."
