PraxisIFM-owned Kompas International has wrapped up the purchase of Private Equity Services (PES), an independent fiduciary group based in the Netherlands.
PES provides fiduciary services to alternative investment providers and international clients, and also has presence in the Caribbean.

The deal, whose financial terms were not disclosed, was first announced in November 2017.
PraxisIFM announced the acquisition of Kompas International, a Dutch trust and corporate services provider, in October last year.
As part of the deal, 18 fiduciary specialists will migrate to PraxisIFM Netherlands in Amsterdam. The move boosts PraxisIFM Netherlands’ headcount to 30. A total of three new staff will also be added in the Caribbean.
PraxisIFM CEO Simon Thornton said: “We will greatly benefit from their expertise and unique perspective. I am confident our new colleagues will thrive within our growing company.”
