Old Mutual Wealth has named Ian Browne as head of retirement proposition marketing, replacing Adrian Walker who is set to retire at the end of 2016.
Browne, who joins from Axa Life Invest, will take over the new role in January 2017.

He served Axa Life Invest for the past two years, most recently in the role of UK propositions manager and pension and regulatory specialist.
Previously, he also served as a product proposition manager at Sun Life Financial Canada and a technical support consultant at Ecclesiastical Insurance Group.

Walker has been serving Old Mutual Wealth since October 1989, with responsibility for the development of the firm’s retirement proposition for advisers and clients.
