American asset manager Northern Trust has expanded its Middle East and Africa asset servicing business with the appointments of Justin Miller and Chris Dulieu.
Miller, a 12-year Northern Trust veteran, assumes the role of head of relationship management for the Middle East and Africa.

He will manage the strategic development of asset servicing relationships in the region and be in charge of a team of relationship managers that offers asset servicing, capital markets, liquidity and data solutions.
Previously, he spent over three years as Northern Trust’s head of client management for securities lending for EMEA.
He also worked as a senior relationship manager in the securities lending business of Northern Trust.
Dulieu takes on the role of head of client service for the Middle East and Africa.

Dulieu has worked for 13 years at Northern Trust, formerly as a senior relationship manager responsible for servicing pension fund clients in the UK.
Miller and Dulieu have asset servicing experience of 18 years and 17 years, respectively.
The duo will operate out of Abu Dhabi.

Northern Trust has been catering to clients in the Middle East since 1987.
The firm employs 29 people in Abu Dhabi and Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Recently, the firm expanded its Middle East and Africa (MEA) senior management team in Saudi Arabia with the appointments of Areej Al-Mokbel and Effat Badeeb.
