The Customer Experience in Financial Services (CXFS) Asia Awards, hosted by Timetric, returns for a second year in 2016. The awards, which focus on the Asian region, aim to recognise innovative and pioneering customer experience initiatives in the region’s financial services sector.
There are over 20 awards to be won and the nominations are now open. Eligible organisations to take part in nominating include retail banks, wealth managers, insurers, card issuers and payments providers, and alternative financial services providers.
The awards highlight the growing importance of customer service to financial services firms.
The nominations will close on the 24th March 2016 and the winners will be announced at the CXFS Asia Awards Gala Dinner on 23rd June 2016 in Singapore.
