JPMorgan Chase (JPM) has hired Bo Zethraeus as new head of investment banking for Sweden, replacing Johan Lustig.

In his new role, Zethraeus will report to Jake Donavan, senior country officer for the Benelux and Nordic nations.

Previously, Zethraeus served as head of equity capital markets for the Nordic countries at JPM.

He has more than 25 years of experience as an investment banker in Sweden and built relationships with companies, private-equity firms and the government.

Zethraeus joined JPMorgan from Skandinaviska Enskilda Banken (SEBA) in 2001.
