Investec Wealth & Investment (IW&I) is set to move to a larger office in Leeds in order to cater for further growth. The relocation is slated to occur in the fourth quarter of this year.
The new location at 3 Wellington Place will be 60% larger than its existing office at Quayside House, Canal Wharf.

The firm currently has 15 offices across the UK. Its Leeds location, alongside its Sheffield office, caters to private clients and financial advisers across Yorkshire and the surrounding region.
The firm recently hired a pair of trainee paraplanners and three graduates for its Leeds office, and intends to make additional hires in the future.
IW&I divisional director and head of the Leeds office Rowena Houston said: “The move to Wellington Place reflects the success of the Leeds business and our need to expand. We have seen increased activity from across our regional client base, from private clients and intermediaries, and we are responding by investing in resources and talent.”
