American law firm Greenspoon Marder has introduced a new international wealth and asset planning practice group that will guide customers in developing and implementing asset protection and wealth management strategies.

The new wealth management group will be led by shareholder Barry Engel, including shareholder Carl Linder who will be based in the firm's Miami office, and Penny Myers and Jacqueline Fox in the firm's Denver office.

Greenspoon said that the lawyers will regularly counsel businesses and clients in domestic estate planning matters, integrated estate planning, offshore planning, transactional matters, and business and tax planning.
