Fieldpoint Private, a US-based wealth advisory and private banking firm, has appointed Juan Castaneda as managing director and senior advisor, based in New York City office.
Prior to joining Fieldpoint, Castaneda served at UBS, where he was on various roles on behalf of Latin American families and institutions.

At UBS, he most recently served as an executive director of emerging market credit sales and head of Latin America. In that role he worked with family offices, banks and pension funds across a range of capital markets and structured lending services.
Prior to that, he served as an executive director and head of Latin America for UBS's global relationship banking unit, based in Sao Paolo, Brazil. He also held the role of a director in that business unit's New York office.
