Europe Arab Bank (EAB) has appointed Fadi Halout as its new head of private banking and member of the executive committee.
Halout most recently served at National Bank of Abu Dhabi, where he held the role of CEO for the last 12 years and was based in Paris.
Before joining National Bank of Abu Dhabi, he served in HNW banking environments at BLC Bank (France) and Credit Agricole Indosuez Group.
Between 2001 and 2005, he worked as a lecturer in asset management courses at Paris-Dauphine University. In 2013, he was appointed as president of the Foreign Banks Association in France.
EAB CEO Ziyad Akrouk said: “I am delighted to have Fadi joining the Bank to lead our Private Banking team and look forward to working with him to continue the development of the business.
“With his strong banking background, knowledge and experience in providing products and services to HNW individuals, he will be a valuable addition to the Bank’s senior management team.”
