Estera, a fiduciary and administration business spun out of law firm Appleby, has forayed into in Luxembourg market by creating a new entity, Estera (Luxembourg).
The launch of the new unit follows the company’s completion of acquisition of Headstart, a corporate and trust services business based out of Luxembourg.

Christophe Gaul and Manuel Mouget, managing directors of Headstart, will continue to lead the rebranded company, Estera said.
The new business will offers corporate and trust services to clients across private equity and real estate firms, institutional clients and HNWIs.
