Deutsche Bank has established a new investor services division within its trust and securities services/cash management financial institutions.

The bank has appointed Rafael Moral as global head of the new business with effect from June 2014.

The new business will consist of custody and clearing, agency securities lending, and fund services, reported asset servicing times.

In his new role, Moral will report to Satvinder Singh, global head of trust and securities services/cash management financial institutions at Deutsche Bank.

Previously, Moral has headed global transaction bank’s (GTB) strategy and business development function for three years after joining GTB as COO of Germany in 2010.

Meantime, Thibaud de Maintenant has been appointed as GTB head of France, with effect from July 2014.

In his new role, Maintenant will report to Stefan Bender, GTB head of EMEA.
