The US expansion is the result of increased demand for independent fund administration solutions from hedge and private equity funds in North America, Centaur said.
At the same time, the firm also hired Mase Kazemi and Leslie Dewhurst, who will spearhead the US business, alongside the firm’s US CEO Des Johnson.
Kazemi will serve as the head of fund accounting at Centaur US, while Dewhurst will serve as the head of investor services.
Kazemi has an experience of over 12 years in portfolio accounting and operations, while Dewhurst has an experience of more than a decade in investor services on the administrator and client side.
