The office that will operate under the name PT Cedrus Investments (Indonesia) will offer Asset Management and Private Equity services to clients and business partners globally who are seeking exposure to Indonesia and Southeast Asia, said the company.

Additionally, the office will also offer financial advisory services such as capital raising, strategic project financing and direct proprietary investments to local companies.
Cedrus Investments chairman Rani Jarkas said that the new office will help the local community to facilitate even greater economic, trade and investment flows between Indonesia, Greater China and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) regions.
She added that the new office will enable Cedrus to effectively identify investment opportunities and better manage the deployment of proprietary capital to projects that are in its fields of expertise and of particular relevance to Indonesia, specifically energy, natural resources and agribusiness.
