Arbuthnot Latham, the wealth management unit of Arbuthnot Banking Group, has appointed Nick Cringle as its private banking director for the north-west region.
Cringle, who has more than 30 years’ experience in financial services, is joining from Oakmore Investment Partners where he was a founding partner.

He previously held senior positions with Coutts, including co-chief investment officer and latterly as managing director & global head of tailored portfolio management.
Commenting on the appointment, Arbuthnot Latham chief executive Ian Henderson said: “With Nick’s appointment Arbuthnot Latham is demonstrating its commitment to the North West and his extensive experience of over thirty years in the financial services sector will prove invaluable.”
In the north -west region, Arbuthnot Latham currently employs eight staff.
