Simon Embley, deputy chief executive of LSL Property Services, a UK-based provider of residential property services, has sold 4,164,502 shares representing a 3.99% stake in the company.

Embley, who was previously a director of Norwich Union Wealth management, sold the shares on 4 September 2013 at a price of £4.6265 ($7.39) per share, for gross proceeds of approximately £19.26m.

The company’s revenue as of 30 June 2013 was £118.8m, a slight year-on-year decrease of 2% from £120.8m in total revenue in 2012.

The company’s market capitalisation on the same date was £469.5.
