Randall & Quilter Investment Holdings (R&Q) has signed a joint venture agreement with London-based Phoenix Asset Management Partners.
Under the terms of the deal, Randall & Quilter has sold its 50% interest in its existing insurance debt assets to Phoenix for up to $6.9m.
