Currently Broomfield & Alexander employ 90 staff across three offices in South Wales who consist of professional advisers and chartered accountants.
Meanwhile, the IPO of AFH held in 2011 has led its count of advisers grow from 53 to over 80.
The employees of AFH will work with Broomfield & Alexander to offer a fully integrated range of tax and financial planning services, FT Adviser quoted a spokesman as opining.
