Most recently, Biltz delivered an array of investment options to FNB’s client base in Central PA. Previously, he served as a Registered Financial Representative with New England Financial in Pittsburgh, PA. He is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University in Altoona, PA, where he earned a BS in Business with a concentration in Finance. Additionally, he holds Life and Health Insurance licenses in the state of Maryland and Pennsylvania, as well as FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations through LPL Financial. He is one of several financial experts to recently join First National Bank’s Maryland team.
