Lombard Risk Management, a provider of integrated collateral management and regulatory reporting solutions for the financial services sector, has named Mike Payne as the new chief technology officer (CTO) of Lombard Risk.

In the new role, Payne will be responsible for spearheading the development and delivery of software products, client application support as well as internal IT infrastructure.

In January 2016, Payne joined Lombard Risk as its interim CTO. He previously also had a stint at J.P. Morgan, where he served as head of investor services middle office technology.
