State Street Global Advisors (SSGA), the asset management arm of State Street, has appointed Nick Good and Rory Tobin as new co-heads of its global exchange-traded funds (ETF) business.
They will replace Jim Ross, who has been elevated to the role of chairman for Global SPDR and SSGA funds management.

Good Currently is the COO of the North American Intermediary Business Group, while Tobin is the chief of European distribution.
State Street Global Advisors president and CEO Ron O’Hanley said: "Jim is already an important and influential thought leader in the ETF industry and now he will be taking on an even more active role in advancing our ETF strategy and shaping the global ETF markets.
"Nick and Rory are industry veterans who will now have executive responsibility and accountability for Global SPDR."
