Ashcourt Rowan, an asset management holding company, has appointed Harry Burnham as the CEO of its asset management business.
Burnham will be responsible for steering the business to the next phase of its development.

Following Burnham’s appointment, David Palmer, the business director of Ashcourt Rowan Asset Management, will takeover as deputy CEO of the firm’s asset management business.
Previously, Burnham served as head of fund research at Brewin Dolphin, but had stepped down in 2008, having been at the group since 2000.
