Old Mutual Wealth Management has appointed former Cofunds chief, Charlie Eppinger, as its new independent non-executive director.
Eppinger served as CEO and non-executive chairman of Cofunds for nearly 10 years.

Prior to Cofunds, Eppinger founded International Financial Data Services (IFDS) in 1995 where he served as CEO for 13 years until 2007.
