Embley, who was previously a director of Norwich Union Wealth management, sold the shares on the 4th September, 2013 ( the date format we use is 4 September 2013) at a price of £4.6265 (US $7.19) per share, for gross proceeds of approximately £19.26 million ($29.96 million).
