JP Morgan has revealed the appointments of Olivier de Givenchy as the bank’s U.S. West Region head and Faraj Saghri as the head of the private bank for the UK and Nordics.

Givenchy, who was formerly head of the UK branch, will be based in Los Angeles and report to John Duffy, CEO of JP Morgan Private Bank in the United States.

Saghri will be based in London and remain as the global coordinator for the bank’s financial sponsor group. He will report to Pablo Garcia, CEO of JP Morgan Private Bank EMEA.

Duffy said: "Olivier has done an outstanding job of building JP Morgan’s UK private banking business into an industry leader, and I am confident that experience will serve him well as we work to become the best private bank in the West region."

Garcia added: "Faraj has been with JP Morgan for more than 25 years and founded the private bank’s financial sponsor group.
