Ashcourt Rowan fund research head Alan Scrimger has left the firm after a spell of two years to join boutique investment manager IPS Capital.
At IPS Capital, Scrimger has been appointed as head of portfolio construction to develop the firm’s proposition.

Scrimger will work alongside the firm’s CEO Jonathan Blain and co-chief investment officer Chris Brown.
Prior to joining Ashcourt Rowan, Scrimger worked at Standard Life Investments where he served as head of multi-manager research.
