Bank of America (BofA) has moved its capital markets head Lisa Carnoy to an executive role in its private banking unit, US Trust.
In her new role, Carnoy manage the Northeast operations of US Trust and also join the parent company’s operating committee.

Carnoy will also be accountable for driving the partnership between the global banking division and the global wealth and investment management division, which includes US Trust and Merrill Lynch Wealth Management.
In her new role, she will report to US Trust president Keith Banks.
She will supervise Ann Limberg, lead of US Trust’s Northeast division, and Tom Boehlke, lead of its Metro New York division as well as senior client relationship executive Jennifer Povlitz.
The bank has selected Jim Probert, head of investment-grade debt capital markets in the Americas since 2010, to replace Carnoy as head of global capital markets.
