Run by Eduardo Carlier since June 2012, the Schroder ISF Brazilian Equity fund was closed on 9 April as it had become too small to be managed cost effectively, and is unlikely to grow in the near future.

Managed by Giles Money since 2012, the Global Resources Fund has been closed on 26 February 2014.

During the time of the closure, both the funds had less than €10m in assets under management.

A spokesperson for Schroders said: "This is part of an ongoing process in which we look at our fund range and address funds that have become unviable or for which we are no longer seeing sufficient client demand."
