Brazil-based Bradesco Asset Management is set to unveil new equity and fixed-income funds in the US in the next few weeks.
With this launch, Bradesco will become the first LatAm fund manager to set up a unit in the US, reported LatinFinance.

The Brazilian firm has registered the unit with the SEC and is in the process of developing a distribution platform for marketing its funds to US investors.
Luis Osorio, international development head of Bradesco, was quoted by the publication as saying that the company will initially offer a LatAm equity fund as well as a LatAm bond fund.
"With these two funds we believe that we will offer the expertise that we have in Brazil and in Latin America managing these kinds of strategies."
