The fund will invest across markets and investment styles to generate an absolute return through thematic, unconstrained asset allocation.

Being an unconstrained fund, it caps its weightings by a maximum of 30% in sub-investment grade bonds, 20% in other funds, 20% in convertibles, and 20% in commodities.

The fund will be managed by the firm’s managed portfolios investment team headed by Graham Wainer, who will base their tactical allocations on market sentiment, macroeconomic conditions and corporate earnings estimates.

The fund with a 10% performance fee will charge an annual fee of 0.75% on the institutional share class and a 1.5% charge on retail share classes.
