Dubbed as Parvest Equity USA Value, the Luxembourg-domiciled SICAV will invest in a concentrated portfolio of 40-70 holdings.

The fund will be managed by Randell A. Cain, portfolio manager of the US institutional investment firm Herndon Capital Management.
This fund will mainly focus on US companies trading at a discount to their fundamental value that are temporarily out of favour with the market.
Additionally, it seeks relative value opportunities in large and mid-capitalization companies with a focus on the mispricing of a company’s return on equity to its sector.
The new fund will enable investors to access a US boutique manager which is well renowned for its sterling performance.
