Nevada State Bank has named Dana Adams vice president/learning and development manager, where he oversees the training department and programming for colleague career development within the bank.

Adams brings 10 years of learning and development as well as banking experience to his new role. He previously served as a learning and development consultant and business training consultant for a national bank. Adams also served as an adjunct instructor at Stevens-Henager College – Independence University in Ogden, Utah. There he designed and instructed various business management and human resources courses and mentored new instructors.
