Mr. Golsch has been a key member of the leadership team of FTI Consulting in Germany for more than a decade. He is one of the leading strategic communications advisors in the region, with extensive experience in financial communications and corporate communications, as well as reputation and issue management. During his time at FTI Consulting, Mr. Golsch has advised on a broad range of major assignments, including numerous mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and initial public offering (IPO) transactions.

He assumes this role from Michael Reinert, Senior Managing Director in the Strategic Communications practice at FTI Consulting, who is shifting his focus to business development, new business projects and advisory work for critical client assignments in the region. After leading the successful expansion of the firm, Reinert will continue to play an important role as a member of the German leadership team.

In addition, Carolin Amann, has been appointed as a Managing Director in the Strategic Communications practice of FTI Consulting and a member of the German leadership team. Amann has been with FTI Consulting since 2007, and has contributed significantly to the success of the capital markets communications offering in Germany. Her expertise is in financial communications, investor relations and special situations such as communications for M&A transactions, IPOs and crisis situations. Before joining FTI Consulting, Amann was a public and investor relations officer at DAB Bank AG. Amann is a Certified Investor Relations Officer (CIRO) and Co-chair of the CIRO Alumni Network of the German Investor Relations Society.
