Fund services provider Zedra has poached JTC Group executive Steven Bowen to serve as the managing director of its Jersey office.

Bowen held the role of the chief risk officer at JTC.

In his financial career of more than 35 years, he also worked as the group managing director and head of Jersey at Minerva Trust.

His career covered multiple aspects including client services, business development as well as relationship management.

In the new capacity, Bowen will be in charge of the growth of the corporate, fund administration and active wealth operations of the firm in Jersey.

At Zedra, he will particularly place importance on developing new and existing relationships with key intermediaries and clients across the world.

Developments at Zedra in 2020

Last month, Zedra entered into an agreement to acquire Awans Corporate Services, a corporate services firm in Poland.

Earlier this year, Zedra announced the purchase of BNP Paribas Singapore Trust, which serves UNHW and HNW markets in Asia.
