He joins other new members of the team, Anthony Hutt and Matt Smith as relationship managers, Danny Ruston, David Burgess and Richard Boor as business development managers and Graham Wickenden as private banking manager.
Lake, who joined Yorkshire Bank four years ago as a senior partner in Newcastle, has more than 30 years experince with major international banks.
