Connor O’Keeffe has joined William Blair, a major worldwide boutique with experience in investment banking, investment management, and private wealth management, as managing director.
The company aims to strengthen its Private Capital Advisory group in Europe.

Located in London, O’Keeffe will concentrate on providing fund placement and advising services to general partners (GPs) across Europe.
O’Keeffe joined William Blair after working as managing director of Credit Suisse’s private funds group for almost 16 years.
At Credit Suisse, O’Keeffe was responsible for private placements and related services such as fund placement, direct corporate capital raising (directs and co-investments), and GP-led secondary markets throughout Europe and Asia.
He earned a B.A. in accounting and finance from Stellenbosch University, as well as an honours degree in accounting and finance from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
