Wells Fargo’s Abbot Downing has appointed Eric S Williams as senior relationship manager in San Francisco.
In his new role, Williams will be responsible for working directly with clients to manage and direct their complex planning, investment and banking needs as well as family governance and education in the Northwest region of Abbot Downing.

Williams is a professional estate and trust planning professional with more than 25 years of experience serving clients in the ultra-high-net-worth financial services industry.
Williams is one of more than 35 professionals serving clients in the San Francisco office of Abbot Downing, which was recently relocated to the Wells Fargo headquarters building located at 420 Montgomery Street.
Prior to joining Abbot Downing, Williams was the national director of the wealth structuring group at Merrill Lynch. He was business development director with Citigroup Global Markets for the high-net-worth segment before joining Merrill Lynch.
