Wells Fargo Advisors has lured a team of two financial advisors from UBS Financial Services in Houston that managed US$300 million in client assets.
The team, which includes Robert Gardner III and Robert Higley, will join the firm’s office in Northwest Houston.

The advisory team previously had annual production in fees and commission of US$2.5 million.
Additionally, a client associate, Adrienne Zwahr, will also join the team.
Prior to joining UBS in 2010, Higley has worked for PaineWebber, Dain Rauscher and LPL. He began his career at Rotan Mosle in 1973, and remained with the firm following its acquisition by PaineWebber.
Gardner III has joined UBS in 1995 and stayed there until his move to Wells Fargo.
