Webster Private Bank has named Peter Gabriel as senior vice president and director of relationship management.

Gabriel, who will be based in Stamford, Connecticut, will report to Dan FitzPatrick, executive vice president and head of Webster Private Bank.

In this new position, Gabriel will be responsible for managing client acquisition and relationship development activities across Webster’s four-state footprint, including leading Webster’s team of private bankers in Hartford, West Hartford, Greenwich, and New Haven, Connecticut, White Plains, New York, and Providence, Rhode Island.

Gabriel has more than 20 years of experience serving the financial needs of high net worth clients. Before joining Webster, he served as senior vice president and wealth advisor in the Greenwich, Connecticut, office of The Private Bank at Wells Fargo.
