The Wealth Management Association has appointed Michael Morley, Adam Seale, and David Loudon to its board of directors.

Morley serves as chief executive at Coutts & Co and is a director at Adam & Company. Prior to joining Coutts in 2009, Morley served as international private banking head at Barclays Wealth and CEO of Barclays Switzerland.

He also had an eight-year stint at Merrill Lynch, serving as managing director and director of private wealth services for Europe and the Middle East.

Seale, the CEO of execution only stockbroker Interactive Investor, started his career in 1983 at the Bank of England.

He served for 18 years at global consulting firm Booz Allen Hamilton, where he was responsible for heading the UK financial services practice.

Seale joined the retail board of HBOS in the role of MD Specialist Banking in 2008, where he was responsible for Private Banking and Bank of Scotland International.

He also served as a chairman at AA Personal Financial Services and a board director at Sainsbury’s Bank.

He was named as the head of Lloyds’ UK high net worth business following the acquisition by Lloyds Banking Group.

David Loudon, managing partner at Redmayne-Bentley, started his financial services career as as operations manager in HFC Bank in 1989.

He was appointed in the position of partner of Redmayne-Bentley Stockbrokers in 1995 and managing partner in 2006.
