Each of the two new offices includes a director of family office services, a private wealth manager as well as a support team, according to the report.

Waterfield provides direct access to share classes available for institutional investors, and fee transparency, as well as now services medium-sized corporate treasury clients.

Munish Randev, chief investment officer of Waterfield, has recently visited family offices in London to build a common platform which will serve as a bridge between family offices in India and Europe, and will enable European family offices draw on Waterfield’s equity advisory services to manage their India exposure.

The business secured backing from India-based Patni family office, with brothers Amit and Arihant Patni buying a stake in the business in March in an effort to build a corporate advisory and multi-family office business.
