Alex Caramella will be responsible for the development and implementation of equity structuring transactions on the global markets.

Caramella will be based in London and will report to Dmitry Suspitsyn, head of equity structuring at VTB Capital.
Caramella has extensive experience in international equity markets, particularly in structured equity financing and complex equity derivative transactions. Since 1992, he has held various positions with the leading international investment banks.
Before joining VTB Capital, he was responsible for strategic equity transactions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch.
