Liechtenstein-based Private Bank is reportedly expanding its Singapore office space in line with the bank’s goal of doubling headcount in the next three years.

The bank is reportedly taking more space in Asia Square Tower 1, where it currently is based at.

The move comes after the bank recently named ex-Standard Chartered private banker Kimmis Pun as its head of private banking of its Singapore Business.

Last month the private bank announced it will be upgrading its Singapore subsidiary to a full branch to cater to the Asian market.

The Vaduz-based bank currently has around 50 employees in its Singapore office and plans to double this in the next three years.

VP Bank’s Singapore CEO reportedly, said:  “This move will greatly support VP Bank’s future growth targets especially in the area of headcount.”
