Vontobel Asset Management has appointed Hervé Hanoune as new head of its fixed income boutique and a member of its management committee, according to Investment Europe.

Hanoune has joined Vontobel from Amundi Asset Management in London, where he headed the company’s Global Aggregate Bond team since past six years.

Prior to that, he has held several roles as a senior fixed income portfolio manager at Credit Agricole in London and Singapore. He has over 20 years of investment and management experience.

Vontobel’s CHF10 billion fixed income boutique, which has 14 investment staff, consists of three product lines including global bonds, credit and emerging markets.
