Pearce joined Vistra from States of Jersey chief ministers department, where she was part of a team consulting on the proposed changes to Jersey’s regulatory environment for the funds industry.

Prior to this, she worked as a partner and group director of the Ogier Group and also held roles at Deutsche bank, Gartmore and Kleinwort Benson. She started her accountancy career with Ernst & Young in 1991.

Additionally, Burton has relocated to Vistra’s Singapore office to assume the role of managing director.

Vistra CEO Martin Crawford said: "With Jane’s experience in the Funds area and a mandate to grow the business in Jersey both organically and via acquisition, we are convinced that Jane will be a very important asset to build Vistra’s business both locally and contribute to the growth of the whole Group."
