Vistra, a provider of trust, corporate and fund administration services, has agreed to acquire Qubus Management.
The acquisition will boost the total number of Vistra’s staff in Geneva, Zürich and Zug to 84.

Following the acquisition, Qubus will be renamed as Vistra and will eventually move to the Vistra’s Zurich offices.

Founded in 2008, Qubus offers a range of fiduciary, corporate and trustee services to Latin American HNW individuals, business owners and their families and currently employs 18 staff in Zurich.
