US-based VisionQuest Wealth Management has appointed Steven Laska as its new president and chief investment officer.
In his new role, Laska will be responsible for leading the firm’s asset management business and all of their investment strategies.

He will also be responsible for the acquisition strategy as VisionQuest gears up to acquire nearly US$1 billion in assets under management (AUM) through the M&A activity of founder-centric advisory firms.
Prior to joining VisionQuest, Laska served as director of global advisor distribution for Gerstein Fisher’s mutual funds and separate accounts. Previously, he served as managing director at Steben & Co. as well as SEI Investments.
