J. Alfred Ritter and Renee A. Volaric have joined US Capital Partners following another year of increased demand from small and lower middle market businesses for US Capital Partners’ innovative and customized debt and equity financing solutions.

Alfred Ritter (Vice President), based in San Francisco, will be responsible at US Capital Partners for all aspects of the firm’s debt and equity business development, advisory services, client negotiations, and relationship management.
Prior to joining US Capital Partners, Ritter was a Managing Director at Columbia Capital Advisors, Inc. and at Columbia Capital Securities, Inc. He also served as a Managing Director at Angeles Capital Group, LLC, where he was an investment banker providing strategic advisory services, private placements, and M&A advisory services.
Prior to this, Ritter held senior executive, business development, and financial analyst positions with firms in the specialty retail, media and entertainment, and manufacturing and logistics industries.
Renee Volaric (Vice President), based in New York City, shares similar responsibilities at US Capital Partners to Mr. Ritter. She brings over 17 years of experience in the financial services arena to US Capital Partners, having previously held senior positions at several leading investment firms.
