U.S. Capital Advisors (USCA) has appointed Joseph Klein, Stephen Hines, and Doug Masterson as managing directors in its wealth management unit.
The team will be based in USCA’s Houston office in the new River Oaks District Complex.

Masterson served as a financial advisor for over 25 years, while Hines worked for 32 years as a financial advisor. Klein has over 26 years of experience as an advisor.
The trio worked together for the past 14 years at Amegy Bank, where they oversaw over $1bn in assets. Previously, the team also worked together at JP Morgan.
