U.S. Capital Advisors (USCA) has hired a new three member team for its wealth management group.
The team includes Kelly Rushing as team head, along with R. Shawn Jones and Davis Rushing. The trio together holds an experience of over 90 years in wealth management.

In a financial career spanning over 40 years, Kelly Rushing served stints at various financial firms prior to serving the past 15 years at UBS. He began his career at Kidder, Peabody and Co.
Jones served the financial industry for the past 21 years, following retirement from a ministerial career in 1994.
At the new firm, he will focus on financial planning, retirement income management, tax-optimised investing as well as wealth preservation and transfer strategies.
Davis Rushing served at UBS for the last nine years. In the new role, he will be responsible for the team’s covered call strategy, constructing asset allocation models, helping clients create financial plans and assisting with security selection.

By GlobalDataRushing, Jones and Rushing will serve as managing directors at USCA, and will be based in the firm’s headquarters in Houston.
The team will also include Idania Reyes, who served for seven years at UBS in the capacity of a Sr. registered client service associate. Before that, she woeked at Invesco Aim for 20 years.
At USCA, Reyes will assume the position of a Sr. registered client service associate, and will based in its Houston office.
